In a row of six townhouses on Blackberry Way in Lawrenceville, two are being renovated and the other four are still occupied two months after a 30-day lease termination notice. These four low-income households are teetering, hoping to fall into housing they can afford before they fall into magistrate’s court. It’s a gamble, hoping for mercy to last long enough.
