Affordable-housing apartments open in Orange
Housing Authority officials told the crowd at a Tuesday night hearing that hey are eyeing a single fourplex in the west Huntsville neighborhood. They also promised those apartments would be reserved for public housing residents moving toward home ownership through a self-sufficiency program.
